Intellectual Property
As the global economy expands there is a growing need for an
international standard of timely, efficient and cost effective
dispute resolution. This standard is the foundation necessary
to effectively enforce intellectual property rights (IPR), an
issue at the heart of this new world economy. In order to address
IPR issues, ISDLS is working with legal study groups in a number
of host countries to build the foundations of transparent and
efficient justice systems throughout the world, form collaborations
with industry members to investigate IPR violations, and codify
