Intellectual Property

As the global economy expands there is a growing need for an international standard of timely, efficient and cost effective dispute resolution. This standard is the foundation necessary to effectively enforce intellectual property rights (IPR), an issue at the heart of this new world economy. In order to address IPR issues, ISDLS is working with legal study groups in a number of host countries to build the foundations of transparent and efficient justice systems throughout the world, form collaborations with industry members to investigate IPR violations, and codify IPR legislation. By clicking on the links below, please find information about some of our key IPR projects.
